14-Day Return Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• The item must not have any stains, damage, perfume/odor, or signs of use.

• Sale, discounted, or specially customized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exchange

If you received the wrong size, wrong product, or a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will assist you with an exchange subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, size, or personal preference, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, Clothing Arts will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
